Your waitlist information

What we collect
We collect your name, email address, and whether you identify as a reader, creator, or both. We also record the source path, referrer, and campaign attribution attached to your visit, plus submission and retention timestamps. Our team may later add a contact status and internal notes while managing invitations.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate the OpenTrib waitlist, plan the launch and early access programme, contact you about access, and understand which launch channels are useful.
Service providers
Supabase stores and processes the waitlist records for us. Cloudflare provides Turnstile abuse prevention and processes the technical signals needed to decide whether a submission is legitimate. Each provider handles data under its own security and privacy commitments.
Retention
We retain a waitlist record for a maximum of 24 months from submission unless we need to remove it sooner. If you decline an invitation, we delete that declined record within 30 days.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your waitlist information. Email privacy@opentrib.com. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request relates to you.
