What is being built
A marketplace for books, audiobooks, courses and other knowledge products, with the communities around them designed in from the start rather than added as a comment section. The about page describes where the product actually is, in plainer terms than a careers page usually manages.
How the work goes
Decisions get written down before they get built, including the ones that later turn out to be wrong. The rate creators keep is published, and so is the reasoning behind it. Accessibility is part of the first version of a component rather than a pass before launch.
None of that is a perk. It is a description of the arguments you would be joining, which is more useful to know in advance than a list of benefits.
When roles open
They will appear on this page. Each post will name the range, the location expectations and who you would work with, because a listing that hides those wastes the time of the person reading it.
