A few things we care about
Give feedback with care
Be specific, be kind and respond to the idea. Ask whether someone wants critique before offering it.
Make room for another perspective
Disagree thoughtfully. Stay curious about experiences that are different from your own.
Share generously, credit properly
Acknowledge the people behind the work. Keep promotion relevant and never share someone’s private information.
